05 How to Use Practice Mode
This guide helps users move from reading into practice. Practice mode is not an exam and not AI doing the work for you. It reveals whether your own understanding is stable.
What You Will Complete in This Lesson
This lesson does one thing only: enter Practice Mode and answer a few flashcards.
Remember: flashcards check key points, they are not exams, and they are not for asking AI to write answers for you.
5.1 Practice Mode Is Direct
In previous lessons, you already know the basic DeepDojo.AI flow:
Read tutorial
Ask for clarification if unclear
When roughly clear, start practiceNow this lesson enters the third step: practice.
Practice Mode gives flashcards one at a time. See the question and answer directly. You do not need to write a plan first, and you do not need to write a summary method first.
Flashcard questions are small:
- Each checks one key point at a time.
- Answers can be very short.
- If you do not answer, that is okay.
- It shows you where you are still unstable.
So do not treat Practice Mode as a major homework assignment. It is not asking you to write long answers. It is asking you to first state the key points.
5.2 What Flashcards Check
Flashcards in this course usually check three types.
First, whether you captured the concept.
For example:
What is the difference between DeepDojo.AI and ordinary AI chat?Second, whether you understood the process.
For example:
If you cannot understand while reading, what is more suitable next?Third, whether you can make a judgment in context.
For example:
If you roughly understand a concept and want to check a key point, should you continue asking AI or enter practice? These questions are not meant to be difficult. They are meant to check whether you know how to proceed with DeepDojo.AI.
5.3 Answer Directly, Without Waiting for Perfection
A common hesitation from new learners is:
I do not fully understand yet, can I practice?
What if I answer wrong?
Do answers need to be very complete?Do not wait until you fully understand before practicing. Practice itself helps you discover what you still do not understand.
When answering flashcards, do two things first:
- answer the question directly,
- use your own words as much as possible.
For example, if the question is:
Why is DeepDojo.AI not an ordinary chat box?You can answer:
Because it is not for random chat. It is for learning, practicing, and checking around the current course and task. That is enough to start; no need to write a long response.
5.4 Not Answering Is Also Part of Practice
If you cannot answer a flashcard, it does not mean you failed.
It only indicates the point is still unstable. You can return to the tutorial, or use Q&A mode in the AI panel for clarification. After you understand again, continue practicing.
Do not turn flashcards into a formal exam. They are more like a quick check:
Can I state it?
Can I judge it?
Can I know what to do next? The more honestly you answer, the easier it is for AI to identify where you need supplementation.
5.5 This Lesson Is One Action
The action in this lesson is very direct:
Switch to Practice Mode
↓
Answer a few flashcardsIf you hit something unclear during practice, go back to Q&A mode in the AI panel for clarification, then continue with the next card.
That is enough for this lesson: practice mode can start directly, and flashcards are only for checking key points.
